1. General

2. Services
Our personal growth courses involve live or recorded sessions led by instructors. Upon enrollment, you secure a seat in the selected program. We offer scheduled session timing and materials. You may request a transfer to another scheduled cohort up to 7 days before the start date by emailing us via our contact form. A paid slot is not eligible for a reimbursement once the course has commenced, due to resource allocation and instructor time. If you cancel at least 14 days before the start date, you may receive a full reimbursement of course fees. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for reimbursement but can be shifted to the next available session once.
3. Info Products
Digital downloads, e-books, or online materials are available instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital delivery, requests for a reimbursement must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. We may grant a one-time credit for future digital content if you submit a claim before download. Once the file link is accessed more than twice, digital materials are not eligible for reimbursement.
4. Goods
Physical items such as books, journals, or branded merchandise are shipped from our warehouse. Please inspect upon receipt. If the item is defective or significantly different from the description, you may request a replacement or reimbursement within 30 days of shipment. To start the process, reach out through our contact form. Items must be in new condition and sent back to us at Museumstrasse 2, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland, at your expense. We will issue a reimbursement to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the items. If you prefer, you may choose an exchange for an item of equal cost.
5. Payment Terms
We accept major cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Charges occur at the time of purchase or enrollment. Fees for workshops and events must be paid in full to secure your place.
6. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

7. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on lifeevolupath.com. Your use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
